In observance of Black History Month, the Agape Community Church will once again host an amazing Gospel Concert titled ‘Fully Known’ on Sunday, February 24, 2019 starting at 6:00 p.m.  at 1722 East Lancaster Boulevard, Lancaster, CA 93535, where Bishop Dr. George A. Todd, Jr., is Senior Pastor.


The benefit concert will feature legendary recording artist Frank Graves with special guest God’s Gift.  The musical presentations will reflect the history of Gospel music as well as celebrate the importance of Black History Month. The doors will open from 3:30 to 5:30 pm for the VIP Ticket Holders Celebrity and Special Guests Meet & Greet. Ticket price for Meet & Greet is $50.00, General Admission ticket price is $25.00. Doors will open for the General Public at 5:45 pm.

Worldwide Pastor’s fellowship is an organization that allows Pastors to fellowship to discuss the state of affairs in the universal church. The organization meets four times a year (Quarterly). Members of the organization vary from different denominations and churches.

Bishop Turner World Wide Pastor's Fellowship


Bishop Andrew C. Turner, II is a native of the Washington, D.C. area where he began a
professional career in Pre-Law specializing in Antitrust and Securities Exchange Commission Studies. He became highly noted for mastering Program Management disciplines with budgets over $1.0 billion dollars and spent nearly twelve years with the Northeast Corridor Rail Improvement Project under the Department of Transportation, before joining Lockheed Martin Aerospace. He grew to national prominence at the Lockheed Martin Aerospace working with senior Federal Aviation Administration program managers in the northeast region – NAS Program.

Bishop Turner majored in Business Administration and has obtained numerous awards for business and ministry contributions and was awarded two honorary doctorates in Theology which came from his work and lectures at Southern California School of Seminary and Ray of Hope University.

Pursuing his dream, he left Lockheed Martin to become President and Owner of E&I Systems Incorporated, which serviced the Federal Aviation Administration until his departure to Pastor in 2003.

In May 2011 he was consecrated to the office of the Assistant Presiding Prelate of New Destiny Fellowship International led by Apostle Thomas Wesley Weeks, Sr.

Bishop Turner is the noted author of ‘Dream Walker’ which was released in August 2006 in nearly 2000 bookstores nationwide. His ministry of life, hope and destiny stem from sound biblical principles combined with nearly thirty years of business success.

His ministry experience is equally extensive. Bishop Turner served in various leadership levels including the renowned position of International Youth President with a membership of over 25,000. He has travelled internationally, and opened ministries and supported schools in Africa, Haiti, and the Caribbean.

Bishop Turner serves on numerous boards and provides guidance to ministries in the UK, Africa, Trinidad and Barbados. He also is an active consultant as a nationwide ambassador to educated nonprofits regarding the dangers of Hepatitis C. According to Dr Ronn Elmore, Bishop Turner is compelling and insightful. He prides his family, two adult daughters, one teenage son and two grandsons.
